We ordered 4 specials..we recieved 3.. after talking to orla for 20 mins trying to explain this matter..we then got passed to niamh....then they accussed us if being liars even though on our reciept we had that 4 specials were ordered. They continued to argue with us and we then decided that it wasnt worth it. Ten minutes later i got a call from them still claiming that it wasnt their fault and continued to argue and insult us. I would never use rainbow again..and being a regular customer of this chinese..after orla and niamhs customer service we will be letting everyone know how disgusting their behaviour was. Orla and niamh are in the wrong job.May 09, 2017
